What StrataERP does

StrataERP replaces the spreadsheet-and-legacy-module sprawl that mid-size companies accumulate on the way up. One data model spans the ledger, the warehouse, the payroll run and the purchase order, so a number changes in one place and is correct everywhere. It deploys in weeks rather than the quarters a traditional ERP programme consumes.

One data model, six modules

Finance, HR, inventory, procurement, manufacturing and projects read and write the same records. No nightly synchronisation job, no reconciliation spreadsheet, no arguments about which system is authoritative.

Deploys in weeks, not quarters

Industry starter configurations cover the chart of accounts, approval matrices and standard documents for distribution, light manufacturing and professional services. Teams configure from a working baseline instead of an empty database.

Multi-entity and multi-currency from day one

Run subsidiaries across jurisdictions with local tax treatment, statutory reporting and functional currencies, then consolidate with automatic elimination entries and FX revaluation.

Questions

Common questions

How long does implementation actually take?
Nine weeks is typical for a single-entity Core rollout and twelve to sixteen for a multi-entity Professional deployment with payroll. The main variable is the state of the data you are migrating.
Can we keep our existing payroll provider?
Yes. Payroll is modular — many customers run StrataERP finance and HR while keeping a local payroll bureau, connected through the API.
Is on-premises deployment available?
On Enterprise, yes. The platform ships as containers and runs on any Kubernetes cluster, including air-gapped environments.
