Putting a 140-vehicle fleet online in three weeks
One of Zambia's largest intercity operators moved from cash-and-ticket-book to a fully digital sales and operations stack, under its own brand.

The challenge
Ticket revenue was collected in cash across 34 depots with no same-day visibility. Load factor was reconstructed monthly from paper manifests, which made route-level pricing decisions guesswork. Two previous digitisation attempts had failed on the assumption of reliable connectivity.
What we did
Mainza deployed all five tenant products under the operator's brand. The agent POS was the pivot: offline-first selling with per-agent float and shift reconciliation meant depots could keep trading through outages while head office finally saw the numbers the same day.
