By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Use of Fortlyn products is additionally governed by the subscription agreement signed with your organisation, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.

Use of the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Introduce malicious code, or conduct load or penetration testing without written permission.
• Systematically extract content for republication without our consent.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, code and the Fortlyn name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors. You may reference and link to it, but you may not reproduce it commercially without permission.

Pricing and availability

Prices shown on this site are indicative, exclude VAT and applicable local taxes, and may change. Binding pricing is set out in a signed order form. Product availability varies by market.

Service levels

Uptime commitments and support response targets referenced on this site apply only where they form part of a signed agreement. Nothing on this website creates a service level commitment on its own.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and the courts of Prague have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise for customers in Zambia.
